Pay by Phone

You can also pay your bill by phone by calling 510.818.7448. The Washington Hospital Patient Accounting department is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. When you call, you will need to provide your account number and zip code. You can then make a payment over the phone using a credit card or debit card.

Pay in Person

If you prefer to pay your bill in person, you can visit the Main Hospital Cashier’s Window at 2000 Mowry Ave. (1st floor), Fremont, CA 94538. The Cashier’s Window is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. When you visit the Cashier’s Window, you will need to provide your account number and zip code. You can then make a payment using cash, check, or credit card.

Patient Estimates

If you would like to get an estimate of your bill before you receive it, you can use the Washington Hospital Patient Estimates tool. To access the tool, visit the Washington Hospital website at https://www.whhs.com/patients-visitors/patient-billing/ and click on the “Patient Estimates” link. You will then be prompted to enter some basic information about yourself and your procedure. Once you have entered this information, you will be able to view an estimate of your bill.
