Paying your Venus bill is easy and convenient. You can pay online, by phone, or by mail.

Pay Online

To pay your Venus bill online, you will need your account number and your billing statement. You can find your account number on your billing statement or on the back of your Venus credit card.

1. Go to the Venus website: https://d.comenity.net/venus/
2. Click on the “Pay My Bill” link.
3. Enter your account number and your billing statement.
4. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Pay by Phone

To pay your Venus bill by phone, you will need your account number and your billing statement. You can call the Venus customer service number at 855-839-2900.

Pay by Mail

To pay your Venus bill by mail, you will need your account number and your billing statement. You can mail your payment to the following address:

• Payment Due Date: Your Venus bill is due on the 25th of each month.
• Late Payment Fee: If you do not pay your Venus bill by the due date, you will be charged a late payment fee of $25.
• Returned Payment Fee: If your Venus payment is returned for any reason, you will be charged a returned payment fee of $25.
