Pay Online
The easiest and fastest way to pay your Torrid credit card bill is online. You can make one-time payments without login or set up recurring automatic payments through the EasyPay website:

To make a payment, you’ll need:
- Your Torrid credit card account number
- Your billing ZIP/postal code
- Your Social Security Number
- The last 4 digits of your SSN

Once logged in, you can view your current balance and due date. Then just enter the payment amount and submit. The payment will be instantly applied to your account.
You can save your payment information to enroll in AutoPay and have your payments made automatically each month. There are no fees for paying online.
Pay by Phone
You can also pay your Torrid credit card bill easily over the phone. Just call 1-800-853-2921 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788). This number is available 24/7.
When prompted, enter your 16-digit account number and ZIP code. Then follow the voice prompts to make your payment. You can pay with a debit card, checking account, or savings account. There is no fee for paying by phone.

Be sure to include your payment stub and write your 16-digit account number on the check or money order. Do not mail cash.
Mail your payment at least 5-7 days before the due date to ensure it arrives on time. Payments received after the due date will incur a late fee.
Pay in Person
You can also bring your payment to any Torrid store location. Just visit the customer service desk and let the associate know you want to make a credit card payment.
They can swipe your card and process the payment right away. Your payment will be credited to your account that day.

Know the Minimum Payment
Your Torrid credit card statement will show a minimum payment amount due. This is the smallest payment you can make without incurring a late fee.
For Torrid cards, the minimum payment is:
- $29 ($35 if a late fee was charged)
- Past due amount + 5% of balance (minimum $5)
- Full statement balance if under $29
You can pay more than the minimum to pay off your balance faster and reduce interest charges. But never pay less than the minimum payment due.
Payment Due
Pay at least the minimum amount due before 5:00 p.m. on or before the due date to avoid being charged a late fee.
