Pay Your Texan Bill Quickly and Easily

Texan Bill Pay is an online portal that allows students and authorized users to view account statements and pay tuition and fee bills at Tarleton State University.

How to Access Texan Bill Pay:

For Students:

1. Log in to myGateway (https://mygateway.tarleton.edu/)
2. Select the Student Tab
3. Go to Banner Self-Service and select DuckTrax
4. Select Texan Bill Pay to enter your Student Account

For Former Students:

1. Select Former Student (https://epay.tarleton.edu/C20203_tsa/web/login.jsp)
2. Enter your University ID (UID)
3. Enter your PIN. If you need to reset your PIN, please contact the Help Desk at 254-968-9885.

For Authorized Users:

1. The student must add you as an authorized user within Texan Bill Pay.
2. You will receive an email notification containing your username, temporary password, and login information.
3. Follow the steps to activate your authorized user account.

How to Make a Payment:

1. Log in to Texan Bill Pay
2. Click on “Make a Payment”
3. Enter the amount you wish to pay
4. Select your payment method
5. Click “Submit Payment”

Payment Options:

• Electronic Check (ACH)
• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
