Online Bill Payment
The fastest and most convenient way to pay your SPWA water bill is through their online bill payment portal. Here’s how you can do it:

Convenience Fee
Please note that there is a convenience fee for using the online bill payment service:
- Transactions under $85: $2.50
- Transactions over $85: 2.95%
Other Payment Options
In addition to online bill payment, you can also pay your SPWA water bill in the following ways:
- By mail: Mail your payment to the address provided on your bill.

Late Payments
Payments received after the due date will be considered late and a 10% late fee will be assessed on the account. To avoid late fees, please make sure to pay your bill by the due date specified on your bill.
Termination Notices
If your account becomes two months past due, you will receive a termination notice. If you do not pay your bill by the due date of the termination notice, your water service will be shut off. There is a $75 service charge for being shut off and a $75 service charge to be turned back on.
Returned Checks
A $25 returned check fee will be assessed to all checks returned by the bank. Returned checks must be replaced with cash or money order.
Automatic Bill Pay
SPWA offers an automatic bill pay service that allows you to set up recurring payments from your checking account or credit card. To enroll in automatic bill pay, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your SPWA online bill payment account.
- Click on the “Auto Pay” tab.
- Enter your bank account or credit card information.
- Set up the payment schedule.
Once you have enrolled in automatic bill pay, your bill will be automatically paid on the due date.
