Automatic Direct Debit

Enroll in SAWS’s Automatic Direct Debit program and have your bill automatically deducted from your bank account each month. This convenient option is completely free. You can enroll online through your My Account page or by completing a paper application.

In-Person Payment

Visit one of the two SAWS Customer Service Center locations to pay in person. You can use cash, personal check, traveler’s check, money order, or debit/credit card. SAWS also accepts payments through partnering pay agencies.

Pay by Phone

Call KUBRA, SAWS’s third-party processor, at 210-704-7297 to pay by phone using a check or debit/credit card. A convenience fee applies.

Pay by Mail

Send your payment using the return envelope included with your paper bill. SAWS accepts personal checks, traveler’s checks, and money orders by mail. Cash is not accepted.
