Other Payment Considerations
- Self-Pay: You’re paying the bill yourself, and it won’t be sent to or processed by your insurance company.
- Prompt Pay: Uninsured patients can save 15% by paying the balance in full at the time of service or upon receipt of the first statement.
- Insurance: The Polyclinic will collect your copay at the time of service and bill your insurance company.
- Courtesy Billing: If the Polyclinic isn’t contracted with your insurance company, they may be able to submit courtesy billing for you. You’ll be financially responsible for any unpaid balance.
- Payment Plan: If your account balance is more than $200, you can request an interest-free payment plan through U.S. Bank.
