Pay Your Montgomery County Environmental Services Bill Online

Montgomery County Environmental Services (MCES) provides water and sewer services to residents and businesses in Montgomery County, Ohio. You can pay your MCES bill online, by mail, or in person.

Pay Online

To pay your MCES bill online, you will need your account number and cycle route number. You can find these numbers on your current utility bill.

1. Go to the MCES website: https://www.mcohio.org/391/Pay-Water-Bill
2. Enter your account number and cycle route number.
3. Click on the “Make a Payment” button.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your payment.

Pay by Mail

You can mail your payment to:

Please include your account number and cycle route number on your check or money order.

Pay in Person

You can pay your MCES bill in person at the following locations:

• Montgomery County Water Services
• Montgomery County Administration Building
• Centerville Government Center
• Harrison Township Government Center
• Moraine Government Center

The drop box for water bill payments at the Montgomery County Administration Building can be found on the side of the building off Vista View Drive, near the delivery dock.

MCES accepts the following forms of payment:

Debit/credit users: A non-refundable 2.3% convenience fee will be charged. To avoid this fee, consider using cash in person, paying by check through IVR, or by linking your bank account.

Online check users: When making a payment by check, please confirm your routing and account number each time you make a payment to avoid an invalid return fee. Avoid auto-population in online fields.
