Online Bill Payment

MCWA’s online bill payment portal provides a secure and user-friendly platform to pay your bill. Here’s how you can pay your bill online:

1. Visit the MCWA Customer Portal: https://www.mcwa.com/customer-service/billing-payment-information/pay-your-bill-online/
2. Click on “Login to My Account” if you have an existing account. If not, click on “Make a One Time Payment” to pay as a guest.
3. Enter your account information or follow the prompts to make a one-time payment.
4. Choose your preferred payment method (Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, debit/credit card, or ACH) and complete the payment process.

Note: A $1.30 transaction fee applies to all online payments processed through the third-party payment service ACI/Speedpay.

Automatic Bill Payment

If you prefer a hands-off approach, MCWA’s Automatic Bill Pay service allows you to have your bill automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date. To enroll in Automatic Bill Pay:

1. Download the authorization form: https://www.mcwa.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Automatic-Bill-Pay-Form.pdf
2. Complete the form and return it to MCWA by mail or in person.

Phone Payment

You can also pay your MCWA bill over the phone by calling 833-702-0083. Follow the voice prompts to make a payment using a debit/credit card or ACH. A $1.30 transaction fee applies to all phone payments processed through ACI/Speedpay.
