Online Payment Options

SmartHub

SmartHub is LPEA’s online payment portal that offers a range of features to manage your account. To pay your bill using SmartHub, follow these steps:

1. Visit the SmartHub login page: https://lpea.coop/smart-hub-login
2. Enter your username and password. If you don’t have an account, click on “Register” to create one.
3. Once logged in, click on “Pay Bill” from the menu.
4. Enter the amount you wish to pay and select your payment method.
5. Review the payment details and click on “Submit Payment.”

Quick Pay

If you don’t have a SmartHub account or prefer a quicker payment option, you can use Quick Pay. To pay your bill using Quick Pay, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Quick Pay page: https://lpea.coop/pay-your-lpea-bill-2
2. Enter your account number, which can be found on your paper bill.
3. Enter the amount you wish to pay and select your payment method.
4. Review the payment details and click on “Submit Payment.”

Pay by Phone

To pay your bill over the phone, call (970) 247-5786 and follow the automated instructions. You will need to provide your account number and payment information.

You can pay your bill in person at one of LPEA’s offices:

Payment Methods

LPEA accepts the following payment methods:

• Debit card
• Electronic check (ACH)
• Check or money order

Late Payments

If your payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $4.00 or 1.75% of the past due balance, whichever is greater, will be applied to your account. If payment is not received within three days of the disconnect notice, your service will be terminated.
