SmartHub
SmartHub is LPEA’s online payment portal that offers a range of features to manage your account. To pay your bill using SmartHub, follow these steps:

- Enter your username and password. If you don’t have an account, click on “Register” to create one.
- Once logged in, click on “Pay Bill” from the menu.

Payment Methods
LPEA accepts the following payment methods:

Late Payments
If your payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $4.00 or 1.75% of the past due balance, whichever is greater, will be applied to your account. If payment is not received within three days of the disconnect notice, your service will be terminated.
