Step-by-Step Guide to Online Payment:

Payments can be dropped off at City Hall located at 925 South Main Street, Lebanon, OR 97355. You can also use the white mailbox in front of City Hall for after-hours payments.

Payment Due Dates and Penalties:

Payments are due on the 15th of each month. Payments received after the due date may incur a late payment penalty. All unpaid utility charges become a lien against the property until they are paid.

• Rental Property Utility Accounts: Landlords of rental properties will receive a delinquent notice if the renter becomes past due.

• Returned Payments: Payments returned from the bank for any reason will be considered non-payment. The full amount on the account will become due immediately along with a processing fee.
• Non-Payments/Lock-Offs: Lock-offs are performed on the 3rd Wednesday of each month for customers who are subject to lock-offs for non-payment. A fee of $50 will be applied to your account once the service order is processed for lock-off.
