To pay your bill online, you will need your account number and CID from your bill. You can also create a new account online.

By Phone

To pay your bill by phone, call (855) 538-2314. You will need to have your CID, account number, balance, and credit card available.

Mail

To pay your bill by mail, make your check payable to KCWA and include your account number on the check. Mail your payment to:

Your bill is due on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay your bill by the due date, you may be charged a late fee.
