Payment Options

Kempner Water Supply Corporation offers a variety of payment options to suit your needs:

• Credit/Debit Card: You can pay your bill using a credit card or debit card through the online payment portal or over the phone. A $3.95 fee will be charged for credit/debit card payments.
• E-Check: You can pay your bill using an e-check through the online payment portal. A $1.95 fee will be charged for e-check payments.
• Automatic Bank Draft: You can set up automatic bank draft to have your monthly bill automatically deducted from your bank account. There is no fee for this service.

Payment Due Dates and Late Fees

Your Kempner water bill is due on the 15th of each month. Payments made by mail must be received on or before the due date. Payments made through the night depository must be received by 8:00 AM of the next working day following the due date.

Late payments will incur a late fee. The service will be disconnected on the 25th of each month for unpaid bills. If you make a payment after 8:00 AM on the day of disconnection, you must call the office to have your payment verified to avoid disconnection.
