Offline Bill Payment Options:

• Pay in Person: Visit the Iredell Water Corporation office at 571 Jennings Rd, Statesville, NC 28625. Bring your entire bill for easy processing.
• After-Hours Dropbox: Drop your payment in the convenient after-hours dropbox located beside the drive-thru window. Payments made after 4:30 pm will be processed the next business day. Please deposit checks only.
• Mail Your Payment: Send your check or money order along with the bottom stub of your bill to:

• Phone Payments: Call (877) 215-5352 to make a payment using your credit card. You’ll need your account number for this option.
• Automatic Bank Draft: Sign up for automatic bank draft to have your monthly bill amount automatically deducted from your bank account. There’s no setup fee or charge associated with this method. Download and fill out the Bank Authorization Form located at https://iredellwater.com/ and drop it off or mail it to the office along with a voided check.

Payment Details:

• Iredell Water Corporation accepts cash, check, money order, bank draft, or Visa/MasterCard/Discover (credit/debit).
• Starter checks are not accepted.
• Payments by check are not accepted on accounts that have been disconnected for non-payment.

Late Payments and Penalties:

• If your account balance is not paid in full by the due date, a 10% late penalty will be added to your account.
• If your account remains delinquent, your water service will be disconnected without further notice.
• Full payment, including any reconnection fees, must be received to restore service.

Additional Information:

• A small convenience fee is charged separately by NexBillPay for online and phone payments.
• If your check or bank draft (ACH) is returned for insufficient/uncollected funds, you will be charged a fee of $35.00 or any higher amount allowed by law.
• Failure to receive a bill does not excuse payment or prevent late fees or disconnection.
• Tampering with a water meter is illegal and will result in penalties and possible legal charges.
