IKEA offers two different credit cards to help customers finance their purchases – the IKEA Visa Card and the IKEA Projekt Card. Both cards provide easy payment options to fit your needs. This article will explain the various ways you can pay your IKEA credit card bill.
Login to Your IKEA Credit Card Account to Make Payments

To get started, go to https://d.comenity.net/ikea/ and click on “Log In” in the top right corner. This will take you to the login page for both IKEA credit cards.
If you have the IKEA Visa Card, enter your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your login info, you can click “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” to reset it.
For the IKEA Projekt Card, click on “Activate or Log In to Your IKEA Projekt Credit Card.” This will take you to the Comenity Bank website where you can enter your account number and billing zip code to access your account.

Download or print your payment history for record keeping if needed.
Update Payment Methods
You can add, update or remove payment methods like bank accounts or credit/debit cards when logged in.
Under the “Settings” or “Profile” section, look for a “Payment Methods” link. Here you can add a new method by entering your card or bank account info.
To remove an existing method, find it in your list of payment methods and click “Delete” or “Remove”.

EasyPay – Make Payments Without Logging In
The EasyPay feature allows IKEA credit cardholders to make payments without logging in to their account.
To use EasyPay, go to https://d.comenity.net/ikea/ and click on “EasyPay.”
You’ll need to enter your:
- Account number
- Last 4 digits of your SSN
- Zip code
After entering that info, choose your payment amount and submit the payment.
EasyPay accepts debit cards, credit cards, and electronic checks from your bank account. Just like logging in, payments made before 5PM ET will post the same day.
Use EasyPay to quickly make a payment if you don’t have time to login or don’t remember your username or password.
Pay Your IKEA Credit Card Bill In-Store
Make a payment on your IKEA credit card at any IKEA store location in the US.
Bring your printed billing statement with the payment stub, or just know your account number and billing zip code. Let the cashier know you want to make a credit card payment.
They can process a payment by cash, check, or debit card. Payments made by the store closing time will be submitted same day.
In-store payments are a convenient option if you are already shopping at IKEA or prefer to pay with cash.
Pay by Phone
Call in an IKEA credit card payment using the automated phone system.
To pay by phone:

The automated system will guide you through the steps to enter your account number, payment amount, and submit the payment using a debit card, credit card, or electronic check.
Phone payments can be made 24/7 and are credited same day if entered by 9PM ET.

Pay by Mail
Send your IKEA credit card payment by postal mail if you prefer not to pay online, by phone, or in person.

Mailed payments must be received by 5PM local time for same day credit. Allow 5-7 business days for mail delivery. Payments without the coupon may experience delays in processing.

Setting up automatic payments from your bank account is a convenient way to make sure your IKEA credit card bill gets paid on time each month.
When logged into your account, look for a “Manage AutoPay” section to get started.
To set up autopay:
