Payment Due Dates and Fees
Your water bill is due on the 15th or 30th of each month, depending on your account number. If payment is not received by 5 p.m. on the due date, a $10 late fee will be charged. If payment is not received by 5 p.m. the day before the disconnection date, a $50 administration fee will be added to your balance and service will be disconnected. Payment in full, including all fees, must be paid before service can be re-established.
