Comfort Systems Bill Pay

ComfortSystems offers a convenient online bill pay system through its Customer Portal. This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to create an account, link your account, and enroll in eBilling or Autopay.

Step 1: Create a User Profile

• Visit the ComfortSystems Customer Portal: https://comfortsystemsduluth.com/billing-info/customer-portal
• Click on “Create User Profile”
• Enter your account number (including dashes), last name, and full name as it appears on your bill
• Create a username, password, and enter your email address
• Confirm your email address within 24 hours

Step 2: Link an Account

• Log in to the Customer Portal
• Navigate to “User Profile”
• Select “Linked Accounts”
• Click on “Add Account”
• Enter the account number, last name, and full name for the account you want to link

Step 3: Reassign the Primary Account

• Your primary account is the one that will be displayed when you log in
• To reassign the primary account, select the account you want from the dropdown menu in the “User Profile” section

Step 4: Enroll in eBilling or Autopay by Credit Card

eBilling:

• Click on the “eBill Enrollment” tab
• Enter your email address and select your preference

Autopay by Credit Card:

• Click on “Credit Card Enrollment” under the “Payments” option
• Your card will be charged on the due date and you will receive a confirmation email

Additional Information

• If you are currently on Autopay by checking or savings, you will need to cancel it before enrolling in Autopay by credit card.
