2. Click on “Sign Up” and enter your account number.

Payment Options:

• Debit/Credit Card: Mastercard, Visa, and Discover are accepted.
• Phone: Call (360)817-7117 to make a payment over the phone (free service).
• Mail: Send your payment to the address on your billing statement.
• Drop Box: Use the outside drop box at the Camas Municipal Center (616 NE Fourth Avenue) for non-cash payments.

Due Date and Late Fees:

• Utility bills are due on the 10th of the following even-numbered month.
• Late payments made after the 18th of the even-numbered month will incur a 5% late fee, with a minimum of $15.

Disconnect Policy:

• The City prefers to avoid disconnecting service, but it may be necessary for non-payment.
• A notice will be sent prior to termination.
• A disconnection fee of $50 will be assessed for nonpayment.

Additional Information:

• Tampering with the water meter is a crime and subject to penalties.
• Returned checks will incur a $34 fee.
