White River Electric Bill Pay

White River Valley Electric Cooperative (WRVEC) offers several convenient ways to pay your electric bill. You can pay online, by phone, or in person at one of their office locations.

Pay Online

To pay your bill online, you will need your account number, last name/business name, last 4 digits of your SSN, and a valid email address. You can register for a new account or log in to your existing account at https://www.whiteriver.org/member-center/my-bill/.

Once you are logged in, you can view your bill, make a payment, and set up automatic payments. You can also sign up for paperless billing to receive your bill electronically each month.

Pay by Phone

To pay your bill by phone, call 1-888-999-0869. You will need your account number and the amount of your payment. You can pay by credit card or debit card.

Pay in Person

You can pay your bill in person at one of WRVEC’s office locations. The office locations are:

• Automatic bank draft: WRVEC will automatically transfer funds from your chosen checking account to pay your electric bill each month.
• Budget billing: This special billing plan may help you fit your electric bill into your monthly budget.
• Credit card: You can use your Visa or MasterCard to pay your electric bill.
• Pay As You Go: This prepaid program allows you to choose how much or how often you want to pay before you use the electricity.

If you are having trouble paying your electric bill, WRVEC offers several programs to help you. You may be eligible for:

• The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP): LIHEAP helps low-income families pay their energy bills.
• Project SHARE: Project SHARE is a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to low-income families for their energy bills.
• Payment arrangements: WRVEC may be able to work with you to set up a payment plan that fits your budget.
