Payment Options

The City of White Oak offers several convenient payment options for your water bill:

• Mail: Send your payment by mail to the Utility Billing office at 906 S. White Oak Rd., White Oak, TX 75693.

• In-person or Phone: Visit the Utility Billing office during business hours (Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) to make a payment in person or over the phone at (903) 759-3936.

• Night Drop Box: Drop your payment in the night drop box located on the north side of City Hall’s parking lot. Payments must be received before 7:30 AM to be posted on the same day.

• Online Bill Payment Service: Register for the City’s online bill payment service to pay your bill from your computer or mobile device. You’ll need your utility account number and the amount of your last payment to set up your account.

• Automatic Bank Draft: Sign up for automatic bank drafting to have your bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. Complete and return the Bank Draft Authorization Form to the Utility Billing office.

Payment Due Date and Late Fees

Your water bill is due on the 10th day of every month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date is extended until the next regular business day. Accounts with a past due balance after the 10th of the month are subject to a 10% late penalty.

Disconnections for Non-Payment

If your water bill is not paid by the 20th of the month, your water service may be disconnected. To reconnect your service, you’ll need to pay a $50 reconnect fee. Payments must be made by 7:30 AM on the morning of cutoff to avoid service interruption.
