Troubleshooting
Can’t find your account number?
- All utility (water and sewer) accounts were assigned new numbers in January 2020. Ensure you’re using the new number, including the -0 at the end.
- If you don’t know the new number, search by property address.
Your address appears twice in the search results?
- If you live in Clinton, you will have two accounts: one for water and one for sewer. Select the correct account for each utility.
Lost your bill and don’t know how much to pay?
- Search for your account by property address. The amount due is displayed under “Total Due” on the top line in blue.
Additional Information
- You can still pay your bill by mail with the payment stub.
- The office is currently closed to the public due to the pandemic. However, you can place a payment in the Town of Clinton drop box located behind the finance building.
- For any further inquiries or assistance, please contact the Clinton Finance Department at (908) 735-8616 or email [email protected].
