Important Information

• If your account is delinquent, disconnected, or in the disconnection process, you must contact the West Laurel Water Association office before making a payment. Services will not automatically be restored nor will it prevent disconnection if payment is made without contacting the office first.
• West Laurel Water Association is not liable if you receive a disconnect notice on the back of your bill and do not call the office before making payment. Your services may be disconnected and will be subject to a reconnect fee.
• If you are disconnected, your account balance plus a reconnect will need to be paid in full before services are reconnected.
• If you are currently disconnected and make an online payment, your services will not be reconnected unless you contact the office to inform them of the payment.
• Any fees associated with online bill pay are that of the third-party service provider and not West Laurel Water Association.
