Step 1: Visit the Online Bill Payment Portal

To begin, navigate to the Town of Dallas’s official website at https://www.dallasnc.net/page/billing. Once there, scroll down to the “Utility Billing & Payments” section and click on the “Online at www.dallasnc.net” link. This will redirect you to the online bill payment portal.

Step 2: Register or Log In

If you’re a first-time user, click on the “Register” button to create an account. You will need to provide your customer account number, which can be found in the upper right corner of your water utility billing statement.

If you have already registered, simply enter your username and password to log in.

Step 3: Make a Payment

Once you’re logged in, you can view your current bill, payment history, and usage history. To make a payment, click on the “Pay Bill” button. You can choose to pay using your checking account, debit card, or credit card.

Step 4: Schedule Automatic Payments (Optional)

For added convenience, you can set up automatic payments to avoid late fees and ensure timely payments. Simply select the “Auto Pay” option and provide your bank account information. Your bill will be automatically deducted on the due date.

• Monthly Bank Draft: Contact the Utility Department at (704) 922-3176 to set up monthly automatic payments from your bank account.
• Payment by Mail: You can mail your payment to the Collection Department at 210 N. Holland St, Dallas, NC 28034-1625.
• Payment in Person: Visit the Collection Department at 210 N. Holland St to make a payment in person.

Convenience Fee

Effective July 1, 2023, the convenience fee for payments made using Online Bill Pay will be:

• A charge of 2.95% to any transaction above $85
• A charge of $2.50 to any transaction below $85
