Tallahassee Utilities makes it easy for you to pay your utility bill. You can pay online, by phone, or in person.

Pay Online

To pay your bill online, you will need your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check.

Pay by Phone

To pay your bill by phone, call 850-891-4968. You will need your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check.

Pay in Person

You can pay your bill in person at the following locations:

  • City of Tallahassee Utilities Customer Service Center
  • 435 N. Macomb St.
  • Tallahassee, FL 32301

The Customer Service Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Payment Options

You can pay your bill with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check. There is a $2.50 convenience fee for credit card payments and a $1.00 convenience fee for debit card payments. There is no convenience fee for electronic check payments.

Auto Pay

You can sign up for Auto Pay to have your bill automatically deducted from your bank account each month. To sign up for Auto Pay, you will need to provide your bank account information and the amount you want to pay each month.
