  • Pay Now: Make a quick guest payment on any electric account without registration or login using HOEC’s Pay Now feature.

Offline Payment Options:

  • Mail: Send your check payment to HOEC’s mailing address: PO Box 649, West Plains, MO 65775.
  • Pay By Phone: Call 1-855-940-3934, 24 hours a day, to make a one-time payment, save your card for future use, or set up automatic payments.
  • In Person: Visit HOEC’s business office at 6327 US Hwy 63, West Plains, MO 65775, weekdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm. You can use the drive-through window or come into the cashier counter.
