To pay your bill online, you will need your account number and the last name or business name on your account. You can also pay online without an online account using the One Time Pay option.

To pay your bill in person, please visit the Helix Water District administration office at 7811 University Avenue in La Mesa. The office is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
