You can also pay your water bill in person at City Hall, located at 150 Dexter Court, Elgin, IL 60120. The City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. You can pay your bill with cash, check, or credit card.

Drop Box

If you prefer not to wait in line, you can use the drop box located outside of City Hall. The drop box is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can pay your bill with cash, check, or credit card.
