Payment Options

CK Energy Cooperative offers a variety of payment options to fit your needs, including:

• Levelized Billing: This option allows you to pay the same amount each month, regardless of your actual usage.
• Draft: This option automatically deducts your payment from your bank account or credit card on the 1st or 16th of the month.
• Secure Online Bill Pay: This option allows you to make payments, view statements, and report outages online.
• Automated Payment by Phone: This option allows you to make a payment by dialing 1-800-868-8243 or 1-888-832-3362.
• DropBox: You can deposit a payment anytime at any of the CK Energy Cooperative office locations.
• Pre-paid Service: This option allows you to pay for your electricity in advance, so you don’t have to worry about receiving a bill.
• AutoPay: This option allows you to choose your own payment date and sign up online or through the app.
• Kiosk: You can pay with cash, check, credit or debit card at designated locations throughout CKenergy’s service territory.

Payment Due Dates

Your CK Energy bill is due on the 1st or 16th of the month. If you do not pay your bill by the due date, you may be charged a late fee.
