Sign up for e-billing and receive your bills electronically instead of through the mail. This eco-friendly option provides you with the same information as a paper bill, but it’s delivered directly to your email inbox.

To enroll in e-billing:

1. Visit the online payment portal.
2. Register for an account or log in to your existing account.
3. Select “Account” from the menu.
4. Select “Edit.”
5. Check the box labeled “Receive email notification.”
6. Click “Save.”

Once you’re enrolled, you’ll receive an email, SMS, or phone notification when your bill is ready.

In-Person Payment

Visit the Town Hall at 301 S. Brooks St., Wake Forest, NC 27587-2932 to make your payment in person. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
