Sparrow Bill Pay

Are you looking for a convenient and secure way to pay your Sparrow bill? Look no further! Sparrow Health System offers several easy ways to pay your bill, whether you prefer to pay online, by phone, or in person.

Pay Online

To pay your bill online, visit the MyChart patient portal. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your account balance, see a list of your recent bills, and make a payment. You can also set up automatic payments so that you never have to worry about missing a due date again.

Pay by Phone

To pay your bill by phone, call the Sparrow Customer Service line at 517.364.7999. A customer service representative will be happy to assist you with your payment. You can pay by credit card (Discover, MasterCard, or Visa), check, cashier’s check, or money order.

Pay in Person

To pay your bill in person, visit the Sparrow Patient Financial Services office at 3301 E. Michigan Ave., Suite A, Lansing, MI 48912. The office is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can pay by credit card (Discover, MasterCard, or Visa), check, cashier’s check, or money order.
