Quick and Easy Bill Payment Options

Online Bill Pay:

  • Choose “Payments” from the menu
  • Enter your payment details and submit

Telephone Payment:

  • Call the FLEC payment line at 1-877-353-2674 (1-877-FLEC-ORG)

In-Person Payment:

  • Operation Round Up: Sign up to have your bill rounded up to the next dollar, with the extra amount going to local charities

PrePay Option

For those who prefer to make smaller payments more frequently, FLEC offers the PrePay option. With PrePay, you:

  • Avoid large deposits and late fees
  • Monitor your electricity use and account balance online
  • Control your budget by paying as you use

Payment Deadlines and Fees

  • Bills are due on or before the due date indicated on the bill
  • A 5% penalty will be applied to unpaid balances after the due date
  • Service may be disconnected if the bill remains unpaid for 10 days after the due date
  • Delinquent fee: $10.00
  • Reconnect fee (before 4:30 p.m.): $50.00
  • Reconnect fee (after 4:30 p.m.): $150.00
