In-Person

Visit City Hall at 401 S. Johnstone Ave. to make your payment in person. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Drop Box

Drop boxes are located at:

• City Hall parking lot, 401 S. Johnstone Ave.
• Bartlesville Community Center parking lot (west end), 300 S.E. Adams Blvd.

Payments are collected daily at approximately 7:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Payments received after 7:30 a.m. will be posted on the next business day.
