In-Person and Over-the-Phone Payments

• In-Person: You can make payments in person at any of Choctaw Electric’s three offices:

  • Hugo Office: 1033 North 4250 Rd, Hugo, Oklahoma
  • Idabel Office: 2114 East Washington Ave., Idabel, Oklahoma
  • Antlers Office: 417732 Sate Hi-way 3, Antlers, Oklahoma

• Over-the-Phone: You can make payments over the phone by calling 1 (800) 780-6486. A friendly customer service representative will assist you.

Automated Payments

• Average Monthly Payment (AMP): With AMP, you pay an amount each month based on your average monthly electrical usage. This spreads the costs of cooling over the whole year, making budgeting easier.

• Bank Drafts: You can set up bank drafts to automatically deduct your payment each month.

Kiosks

Multiple kiosk locations have been set up to accept cash, check, and credit card payments. You will need to enter your account number to make a payment at a kiosk.

Night Deposit

Night deposit boxes are located at each of Choctaw Electric’s locations. Please do not place cash in the night deposit box.
