Level Pay Plan

The City of Colton offers a Level Pay Plan that allows you to budget for your utility expenses. Under this plan, you will pay the same amount each month for 11 months. On the 12th month of your plan cycle, you will pay the difference between what you have paid during the year and the actual amount that you have used.

To sign up for the Level Pay Plan, you must have been a City of Colton customer for a minimum of 13 consecutive months. Your account must also have a zero balance at the time you sign up.
