Quick Pay Now
Quick Pay Now is a fast and easy way to pay your water bill without having to log into your account. You will need your account number and the numeric portion of your service address.
Steps to Pay Your Bill with Quick Pay Now:
- Visit the Quick Pay Now website: https://www.longviewtexas.gov/2957/Quick-Pay-Now
- Enter the first eight digits of your utility account number.
- Enter the 2 digits following the dash.
- Enter the numeric portion of your service address.
- Choose your payment method (credit/debit card or electronic check).
- Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
eCare Account Access
If you prefer to manage your water account online, you can create an eCare account. With an eCare account, you can view your bill, make payments, and set up automatic payments.
Steps to Create an eCare Account:
- Visit the Online Payments website: https://longviewtexas.gov/2542/Online-Payments
- Click on the “eCare Account Registration Info – First Time Users” link.
- Follow the prompts to create your account.
Once you have created an eCare account, you can log in to view your bill and make payments.
