Paying your Cherokee County water bill is easy and convenient. You can pay online, by phone, by mail, or in person.
Pay Online
To pay your bill online, you will need your account number and the 12-digit temporary password printed on your water bill. Once you have logged in, you can view your bill, make a payment, and set up automatic payments.
Pay By Phone
You can pay your bill by phone by calling (770) 790-4601. You will need your account number and the amount of your payment.
Pay By Mail
You can pay your bill by mail by sending a check or money order to:

Automatic Payments
You can set up automatic payments to have your bill automatically deducted from your checking account each month. To set up automatic payments, you will need to complete the Automatic Draft Enrollment Form and return it to CCWSA.
Returned Checks
There is a $35 fee for checks that are returned due to insufficient funds.
Nonpayment
If you do not pay your bill by the due date, your service may be disconnected. To avoid disconnection, please pay your bill on time.
