2. Provide your AEP account number.
3. Choose your payment method (credit/debit card, ATM card, or e-check).

Fees and Posting Times:

• A fee of $1.85 will be charged for residential accounts and a fee of 2.95% will be charged for non-residential accounts by BillMatrix.
• Payments made before 4:00 p.m. ET will be posted to your account the same day.
• Payments made after 4:00 p.m. ET, on a weekend, or on a holiday will be posted on the next AEP Ohio business day.
