Online Payment Options

IDEXX offers a variety of online payment options for your convenience. You can choose to pay your bill through Invoice Gateway or Autopay.

Invoice Gateway

Invoice Gateway is a secure online portal that allows you to view, print, sort, search, and download your invoice and statement data. You can also choose when and how you would like to pay your invoices using Visa™, MasterCard™, American Express™, or direct debit from your bank account.

To enroll in Invoice Gateway, simply click on the appropriate enrollment option:

  • Canadian Enrollment or Sign In

Autopay

Autopay is a convenient way to ensure that your IDEXX bill is paid on time, every time. Charges through the end of the month would be processed on the 2nd business day following the end of the previous month. For example, charges through December 31st would be processed on the second business day of January.

To enroll in Autopay, call 1-800-814-1147.
