Pay Your CPW Bill Quickly and Easily
Paying your CPW bill doesn’t have to be a hassle. With a variety of payment options available, you can choose the one that works best for you.
Online Bill Pay
The easiest way to pay your CPW bill is online. Simply create an account on the CPW website and you’ll be able to view your current bill, make payments, and set up automatic payments.
To pay your bill online, you will need your CPW account number and the last four digits of the Social Security Number used to establish service.
AutoPay
If you don’t want to worry about forgetting to pay your bill, you can sign up for AutoPay. With AutoPay, your payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account, debit card, or credit card each month.
To sign up for AutoPay, you will need to provide your bank account information or credit card number.
By Mail
You can also pay your CPW bill by mail. Simply mail your payment along with the payment coupon in the envelope provided with the bill. Be sure to apply proper postage. Mail with sufficient time to reach us before the penalty due date.
Over the Phone
You can pay your CPW bill over the phone by calling (864) 848-5501 and selecting option 3. You will need to provide your CPW account number and credit card information.
In Person
You can pay your CPW bill in person at the Customer Service Center located at 301 McCall Street near Downtown Greer. The Customer Service Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.
You can also use the drive-thru or secured drop box to pay your bill in person.

Payment Due Date
