Find Your Victoria’s Secret Credit Card Number
Check the welcome packet that came with your new Victoria’s Secret credit card. Your card number will be the 16-digit number on the front of your card. You’ll need this number to activate your card.

Victoria’s Secret credit cards are issued by Comenity Bank, so you need to go to their website to activate your new card.

Enter Your Personal Information
On the Comenity Bank activation page, you’ll need to enter the following information:
- Your Victoria’s Secret credit card number – The 16-digit number on the front of your card
- Card expiration date – In MM/YY format, e.g. 06/25
- Your Social Security number – Your full 9-digit SSN
- Last 4 digits of your SSN
- Your ZIP code

Create Your Online Access Credentials
After submitting your personal information, Comenity Bank will prompt you to set up your online access credentials for your Victoria’s Secret credit card account. This includes:
- Username – Create a username you will use to log in to your account online. It should be 6 to 15 characters in length.
- Password – Create a secure password for your account with at least 8 characters, including a number and symbol.
Write down your username and password and keep them in a safe place. You will need them each time you log in to your Victoria’s Secret credit card account online.
